The customer shall:

Be entitled to receive quality service work in a timely manner, performed by skilled service technicians using the best parts available.

Have the right to expect their bikes, ATVs, boats, and scooters will be clean and ready when promised, all work completed and paperwork finished.

Have the right to be listened to with respect and without bias, especially if they are experiencing a problem. The service writer shall assume the role of customer advocate.

Be advised of any and all service work recommended or required regarding safety, periodic maintenance and repair.

When experiencing a problem, not be subjected to passing of the buck, blaming of others or bad-mouthing of the product or service technicians.

Be entitled to have every effort made to identify, understand and satisfy their service needs.

Receive written service estimates with revisions as necessary to adequately describe the cost and fairness of service charges so there are no surprises or misunderstandings.

Be entitled to a clear and detailed description of service work performed, and an itemized list of parts and service labor charges.

At all times, be treated as the reason for our business, never an interruption to it.

Have the right to complete satisfaction. They expect it, demand it and will settle for nothing less. The delivery of customer satisfaction is the number one priority of the service operation. Through loyalty, customers will be repeat service customers and repeat buyers from our dealership.
